SAMSA FILM‘s most recent productions include “Es war einmal in Deutschland…” (aka “Bye-Bye Germany”) by Sam Garbarski (Berlinale 2017 – Special Gala), “Tout de suite maintenant” (aka “Right here right now”) by Pascal Bonitzer and Christophe Wagner’s second feature “Eng nei Zäit” (triple Luxembourg Filmpräis and Trophée Francophone 2016 de la Réalisation).
SAMSA FILM’s is now post-producing “Superjhemp retörns” directed by Felix Koch and based on the famous Luxemburgish superhero comics by Roger Leiner and Lucien Czuga, “Superjhemp”. Also being cut now, “Black 47” by Lance Daly, a period drama set in Ireland during the Great Famine, “Finding Jakob” a VR short film by Olivier Pesch, and both documentaries “Schwaarze Mann” by François Hausemer and “Histoire(s) de Femme(s)” by Anne Schroeder. Takes of Max Jacoby’s second feature film “Péitruss” are just finished now and cutting will start very soon.
Some shootings are in the pipeline for the next coming months : “Tel Aviv on Fire” a comedy by Sameh Zoabi, “Escapada”, road movie by Sarah Hirtt and “California Dreamin'” a documentary by Fabrizio Maltese.
